1. Who we are and what this site is

Spin Prospector, at spinprospector.co.uk, is an independent editorial site comparing online casinos licensed by the Gambling Commission to operate in Great Britain. It is not a gambling operator. It does not run games, accept stakes, hold funds, maintain player accounts or take any part in gameplay, and it is not connected to the Gambling Commission or to any brand it lists.

2. Age requirement

The site is intended for people aged 18 and over. By using it you confirm you meet that age requirement and that gambling is lawful where you are. We do not knowingly direct any content at people under 18.

3. The content is information, not advice

Comparisons, grades, criteria and explanatory articles are published in good faith as general information. They are not financial, legal or professional advice, and they are not a recommendation that you gamble. Any decision to open an account with an operator is yours.

We check what we publish, but lobbies, supplier lists, apps and promotional terms change without notice. The authoritative source for anything about an operator is that operator's own website, and the authoritative source for licence status is the Gambling Commission register.

4. Links to operators

Links to casinos are commercial and tracked, as set out on our affiliate disclosure page. Following one costs you nothing and does not change the offer you receive. Once you leave this site you are subject to that operator's terms and privacy practices, over which we have no control and for which we accept no responsibility.

Your relationship in respect of any account, promotion, verification check or dispute is with the operator alone. We cannot access, influence or intervene in it.

5. Third-party names and marks

Operator names, logos and trade marks shown on this site belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the businesses being compared. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement of this site by them, or any partnership beyond the affiliate arrangements described in our disclosure.

We aim to keep the site up and correct but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change, move or remove any page at any time. Nothing here creates an obligation to keep a particular comparison or article online.
